At OTTO, we believe in clear and upfront communication. We want you to feel confident and informed about all the costs associated with your new home. Below, you’ll find a breakdown of potential fees.
MOVE IN
We charge an Annual Community Fee and Utility Admin Fee for a total of $399 due each August 1st. This fee goes toward the overall operation and general upkeep of the community. It’s bundled into one fee to help us maintain the high standard of living across the entire community.
The Utility Admin Fee covers the setup and ongoing management of your utility account.
